The Intelligent Control and Robotics Laboratory was established in 1990 to educate creative students with global minds, and to carry out the world-leading research for humans related to intelligent control and robotics.
   This laboratory emphasizes the balance between academic research and industrial applications. The research specialty of this laboratory is motion and force control, intelligent robots, multi-axis force sensors, embedded mechatronic systems, and advanced control theories. Application area includes service robots, industrial robots, and rolling stocks.
